References to “we”, “us”, and “our” mean Cardecoray/Creation Cardboard Limited.

3. Products and Orders

a. Product Descriptions

We strive to ensure all product details are accurate. Slight variations in colour, design, or finish may occur due to the handmade/custom nature of our products.

b. Placing an Order

Once you place an order, you’ll receive an order confirmation. This does not mean your order is accepted—we reserve the right to reject orders for any reason, particularly if customization images violate copyright, contain inappropriate material, or if payment cannot be processed.

c. Custom Orders/Photo Uploads

If your order includes a personalised product:

  • You confirm you have the rights/permissions to use all uploaded images or content.
  • We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders that violate copyright laws or are offensive.
  • By uploading, you grant us a licence solely to use your images to fulfill your order.

4. Pricing and Payments

Prices are listed in GBP and include VAT where applicable. Delivery charges are shown at checkout. We use secure third-party payment processors (e.g., Shopify Payments, PayPal).

5. Shipping and Delivery

We aim to dispatch orders within the timeframes listed on each product page. Delivery times are estimates and not guarantees. We are not responsible for delays outside our control (e.g., courier disruption).

6. Returns, Refunds & Cancellations

  • Standard (non-custom) products: 14-day returns in line with your statutory rights. Products must be unused and in original condition and packaging. 
    • Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer.
    • You are responsible for ensuring the item is returned to us safely and in its original condition.
  • Customised/personalised items: Cancellations and returns are not accepted unless the item is faulty or we made a mistake.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website (logo, text, graphics, photos, etc.) belongs to Cardecoray/Creation Cardboard Limited and/or our licensors. You may not use, copy, or reproduce any part of this site without written permission.
